- Lead client engagements and manage complex legal matters
- Grow and deepen client relationships
- Collaborate with elite attorneys from top firms and schools
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, autonomy, and excellence
- 10+ years of legal experience
- Proven track record of client development
- Portable book of business (minimum threshold negotiable)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Desire to work in a collaborative, non-political environment
- Take-home revenue 1.3-1.5x industry average
- No capital contribution or firm debt
- Monthly draws with annual distribution
- High-quality associates and BD support
- Flexible billing and creative fee structures
- In-person collaboration and cohesive teams
