Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist for the Washington, DC territory, covering Bethesda and Silver Spring, Maryland. The role involves engaging healthcare professionals, building product expertise, and executing strategic account plans to drive business outcomes in neuroscience therapeutics.
Responsibilities
- Engage healthcare professionals using customer-specific approaches aligned to practitioner priorities and patient outcomes
- Develop deep expertise in neuroscience portfolio including Caplyta and apply clinical knowledge to support customer engagement
- Develop and execute strategic pre-call and account plans focused on territory, district, and regional goals
- Analyze business and market data to identify opportunities and adjust execution strategies
- Build trust-based relationships through clinical discussions, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MS, MBA, or PhD preferred
- Three years of healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Valid driver's license from a U.S. state
- Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight and weekend travel
- Willingness to live in or relocate to the Washington, DC territory
- Structured sales approach with ability to adapt to customer needs
- Experience building trust-based relationships and strategic account planning
