Sr. Business Systems Analyst - SAP Plant Maintenance

The Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst for SAP Plant Maintenance will drive initiatives across the business function. This role requires a self‑starting, creative thinker who collaborates with partners to implement positive change, visualizes data to inform decisions, and balances development trade‑offs with usability and performance. Major Responsibilities Lead SAP S4/HANA life cycle from inception to go‑live and beyond. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver creative solutions. Deliver functional and technical requirements to development teams. Advise decision makers through insightful data visualizations and reporting. Lead projects in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure, Business Owners, and Vendors, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout execution. Ensure project deliverables comply with Project Management methodology and communicate status clearly and frequently. Influence the future of business systems while engaging in system/product selection and evaluation. Define scope and quality assurance strategy to keep systems current and reliable. Manage operational project activities, including resource monitoring, documentation, status reporting, issue tracking, and change control. Analyze overall health of CF business systems through issue tracking and cross‑functional alignment. Lead SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance transformation, including data migration from legacy systems. Lead master data management and advise on governance strategies for plant maintenance data. Provide end‑user training and support for Plant Maintenance. Develop and maintain functional system design documents, process documentation, and training materials. Serve as the point person for plant maintenance issues and enhancements, and integration with related SAP modules. Collaborate on design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of ancillary integrated systems such as GE Meridium, Oracle Primavera P6, Tableau, and Azure Data Lake. Establish and implement internal controls to meet departmental requirements. Ensure established processes and procedures are followed as designed. Identify deficiencies in existing processes, recommend new procedures, and ensure compliance. Develop and implement corrective actions related to departmental internal controls as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). 7+ years of hands‑on configuration experience with SAP Plant Maintenance. Expert working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance, Fiori, and related SAP modules. At least one end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementation. Strong business process knowledge in Plant Maintenance and Asset Management. Knowledge of system capabilities and business operations. Experience in business test planning and coordination. Participation in change processes and attendance at change board meetings. Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and time‑management skills. Ability to learn, apply and demonstrate business knowledge to deliver solutions and process improvements that align IT with business goals. Compensation & Benefits The base pay for this role is typically between $99,500 and $139,900, with potential variation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
