Lobby Ambassador – JLL Join JLL as a Lobby Ambassador and become the face of extraordinary guest experiences at our Del Rey, CA campus. This role is perfect for service‑oriented professionals who thrive on creating memorable moments and fostering a welcoming, hospitality‑focused environment. You will be an integral part of our facilities team, supporting clients and guests while coordinating essential services. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest and client experiences through proactive service and hospitality Plan and execute employee engagement events, wellness programs, and special occasions from start to finish Serve as the on‑site point of contact during meetings and events, coordinating vendors and resolving issues Create and distribute professional communications including newsletters, announcements, and presentations Manage site‑wide calendars and communications across multiple platforms Coordinate procurement activities and maintain accurate financial records, including expense tracking Generate work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security needs Support reception, mail services, office supply management, and building access coordination Required Qualifications 1–2 years of customer service and facility service experience Passionate people person who excels at creating experiences that exceed expectations Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required Tech‑savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with calendaring tools Skilled multitasker with the ability to prioritize shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and elevated service standards Flexible and positive, adaptable attitude when managing dynamic daily responsibilities Strong organizational skills for newsletter creation, expense report submission, and spend tracking Preferred Qualifications Experience with event coordination and vendor management Familiarity with facilities management systems and work order platforms Background in hospitality or corporate campus environments Location Del Rey, CA Work Shift 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST) Salary $42,200 – $53,600 annually Benefits 401(k) plan with matching company contributions Comprehensive medical, dental & vision care Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid time off and company holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Equal Opportunity Employer Jones Lang LaSalle ("JLL") is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
