Overview

Our client is an established specialty distribution business seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead a California location.

This role is responsible for branch performance across sales, customer relationships, team leadership, operations, inventory, and profitability. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, operationally strong, and comfortable leading from the front.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and overall performance.
• Drive sales growth, customer retention, and new business opportunities.
• Coach and develop the branch team.
• Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
• Monitor revenue, margin, expenses, and key performance metrics.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Maintain a safe, organized, customer-focused branch environment.

What You'll Need

• Experience managing a branch, distribution center, or similar operation.
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience in distribution, electrical, security, low-voltage, AV, or a related industry is preferred.
• Solid operational and financial understanding.
• A hands-on, accountable leadership style.
