Overview Base pay range: $225,000.00/yr - $310,000.00/yr The team handles compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (the HSR Act) and coordinates with other offices globally on international merger control compliance. The Team supports busy and growing antitrust, corporate and private equity practices. The new hire will join a Band #1 Mergers & Acquisitions Clearance Team, with responsibilities around HSR reportability and filing preparation.
