Shift Information:  Nights - 3 days x 12 hours

IV therapy/Phlebotomy

Accessing/Managing Ports *Blood Product Administration Central line blood draw Peripheral Line Care/Management PICC line management Starting and maintaining IVs

Respiratory

Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac CPAP/BiPAP *High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)*Nasal Cannula Oral suctioning Oxygen administration Oxygen tanks Tracheostomy care/management

Gastrointestinal

Colostomy care and management Feeding tube care and management

Medications

Heparin Insulin PCA

Professional Knowledge and Skills

Isolation Precautions Wound Care/Wound Vac

Endocrine /Metabolic

IV insulin protocols *
