Work Environment\n

This role requires full-time commitment with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions with clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that monitor and enhance client progress.

• Maintaining meticulous records of assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and client progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Designing and modifying therapeutic interventions based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback to ensure effective outcomes.

• Representing Discovery Mood Clinical Services at community events to strengthen partnerships and enhance the visibility of mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, comprising individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. Your approach will be guided by empathy and an understanding of each client's unique circumstances, ensuring that you deliver personalized care tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid independent licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with various client demographics.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
