Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat, typically lasting 45-60 minutes, focusing on their emotional and mental health needs.

• Evaluate clients' mental health by utilizing a variety of assessment tools and techniques to identify issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, and stress.

• Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, incorporating your specific expertise and clinical knowledge.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Compensation and Benefits\n

New Horizons Mentally Care Group offers a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year for full-time counselors. Part-time counselors can expect compensation of around USD 65,000 annually, depending on hours worked. Additional benefits include:
