Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor , you will play a vital role in overseeing the implementation of resident care plans, supervising and supporting nursing staff, and promoting a culture of quality and compliance.

Shift Openings:

• 3:00p-11:00p FT Monday to Friday

• 3:00p-11:00p PT EOW

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units

• Oversee implementation of resident care plans

• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates

• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance

• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• Previous Supervisor experience
