Human Resources Generalist
Global Management Solutions, Inc., is based and operates in California and provides administrative support services to healthcare providers. It is not associated in any manner with a janitorial services company by the same name based in Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Coordinate new hire orientation, offboarding, and employee records.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and workers' compensation.
- Maintain HR files, employee credentials, compliance, and regulatory documentation.
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.
- Support performance tracking, reporting, and other HR initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum one year of Human Resources or Recruiting experience.
- Experience with hiring, onboarding, and employee relations preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Knowledge of payroll and HR compliance is a plus.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
