Trade Marketing Manager

Supporting the development and execution of trade marketing strategies, the full-time Trade Marketing Manager will drive brand visibility and sales performance across retail and distribution channels, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams while working remotely or in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing trade marketing programs and promotions Create and manage Integrated Commercial Calendars to align business needs and stakeholders Monitor trade spending and ensure compliance with budget guidelines while identifying ROI for trade events Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management Experience in supporting CPG, retail, or consumer goods environments Exposure to retailer execution, promotions, or go-to-market planning Strong analytical and project management skills
