At Versiti, we are passionate about improving the lives of patients and helping our healthcare partners thrive.Position SummaryUnder the supervision of Mobile Field Operations Supervisor or Assistant Director of Donors Services- Mobile, stocks and packs supplies and equipment for mobile blood drives. Cleans equipment and orders and replenishes stock as necessary. Mobile Packer will also prepare blood bags & MCS+ kits for mobile distribution as a secondary responsibility. May also be assigned to prepare blood bags for sub-center when requested.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST. Full Time, Non Exempt.Total Rewards PackageCompensation: The target salary for this position is $16.00 per hour.Shift differentials for evenings/weekends:Evenings (after 6:00pm): $1.50/hourWeekends: $2.00/hour.The target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed. Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance.
