Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the volume of your caseload. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists who join our team, enhancing your initial earning potential.
