Team Leader, Outreach & Housing Services (35‑hr)

Breaking Ground is seeking a Team Leader II to oversee Housing Advocates in New York City. The role involves supervising outreach efforts to assist homeless individuals and coordinate with community partners for effective service delivery. The ideal candidate will hold a NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) and possess strong collaborative skills to develop relationships with various stakeholders.
