We're seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee a diverse portfolio of capital investment projects across Southern California and Texas.The Director of Capital Planning and Analysis will lead the planning, underwriting, design, execution, and performance reporting of capital projects that drive asset value, improve resident experience, and support business growth.
