Join Our HR Team! Are you a bilingual HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact? Lavelle Industries is seeking a dynamic Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. This position, based in Whitewater, WI , will be instrumental in supporting staffing efficiency, partnering with Operations on employee coaching and development, and driving employee support and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production recruiting for our Whitewater, WI facility, including job postings, interviewing & onboarding. Develop unique recruiting initiatives, attend events, and represent Lavelle Industries throughout the entire recruiting process.
• Support recruiting for associate positions, company-wide
• Support the administration of employee benefit & leave programs, including educating employees on benefit programs & company policies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to lead employee growth and development initiatives
• Provide coaching & investigation support to resolve employee relations issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, federal, state and local employment laws.
• Use data to identify and lead continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience; manufacturing environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR Management, Communications, or equivalent.
• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) - strong fluency in Spanish required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and see projects through to completion.
• Personable, persuasive, and positive – regardless of obstacles.

Logistics:

• On site position based in Whitewater, WI facility
• Ability to travel to Burlington, WI facility or recruiting events, as needed
