You'll welcome new Retail Sales Associates and Range Safety Officers, guiding them through structured onboarding programs, delivering engaging training sessions, conducting knowledge assessments, and monitoring progress as they develop their skills. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, provide valuable feedback, maintain training records and development plans, and ensure every team member gains the confidence, knowledge, and competence needed to excel independently in our fast-paced retail environment. OUR IDEAL SALES TRAINING SUPERVISORWe're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:Experience creating training materials and procedural documentationExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor, and develop othersStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional techniquesExcellent public speaking and group facilitation skillsStrong organizational, planning, and project management abilitiesStrong understanding of retail sales techniques, customer engagement, and relationship buildingAbility to analyze performance metrics and identify organizational development opportunitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office, retail operating systems, and learning technologies Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, three or more years in retail sales or leadership, experience in training program development, and familiarity with firearms, sporting goods, or specialty retail.
