Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$26/hour
Pay Type: Hourly

Arizona Tire Outlet is seeking a Tire Sales Representative to join our busy independent tire shop in Mesa, Arizona. We serve all makes and models, sell both new and used tires , and assist approximately 160 vehicles each week , creating steady customer traffic and a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy helping customers make confident decisions, thrive in a busy shop, and want to be part of a hardworking, team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers choose the right new or used tires for their vehicles and driving needs.
• Provide pricing, product recommendations, and service information.
• Write up customer service requests and support the sales process.
• Communicate with technicians to help maintain an efficient workflow.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service throughout each visit.
• Help keep the front counter organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience
• Automotive or tire industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Available to work the scheduled Saturday shift.
