This role combines account management and business development, working closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customized solutions. You will be responsible for the full customer lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to ensuring successful project execution, while building strong long term partnerships. Job Details Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Assists customers with organizational skills, account strategies and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets. Acts as a resource to accounts in contract opportunities and proposals. Assists customers with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts. Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers. Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining customers Troubleshoots problems, answers questions, and handles complaints as they arise. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 0-2 years of experience Technical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternative solutions Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office programs and Windows operating system Ability to thrive in a changing, fast-paced growing and dynamic business Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working directly with aerospace customers Background in sales/account management within a manufacturing environment Interested in hearing more?
