Event Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Event Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us take our events to the next level! As an Event Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and promoting our events to maximize engagement, brand exposure, and ROI. From trade shows and conferences to webinars and virtual events, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure every event is a success. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking will help shape experiences that leave lasting impressions on our clients, prospects, and partners. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute end-to-end event marketing campaigns, from strategy development to post-event analysis. Develop and implement strategies to drive event attendance and engagement, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Collaborate with the creative team to develop promotional materials, including event branding, digital assets, and collateral. Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budget tracking. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration between event marketing and sales goals. Analyse event performance data, provide post-event reports, and recommend improvements for future events. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new event technologies to ensure our events remain innovative and impactful. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in event marketing, event management, or related roles. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with event marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, social media management tools). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
