The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide comprehensive mental health services within a small clinical team, reporting directly to the Clinical Director. This role focuses primarily on serving adult clients and involves conducting clinical assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. The position also encompasses responsibilities as a clinical supervisor, including supervising Licensed Social Clinical Workers (LSCW).
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy to adult clients
- Perform crisis intervention as needed
- Serve as a clinical supervisor and oversee LSCW staff
- Collaborate within a small clinical team of 1-5 clinicians
- Report progress and outcomes directly to the Clinical Director
- Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC/LPCC)
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Psychiatrist (MD or DO)
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in clinical social work
- Proficiency in clinical assessment and therapeutic techniques
- Experience with case management and crisis intervention
- Strong communication and empathy skills
