Corporate Strategy Manager

To cover a maternity leave for 7-8 months, the remote Sr. Manager, Corporate Strategy and Operations will orchestrate strategy execution across a complex global organization, building frameworks and processes to align teams around strategic priorities and driving high-impact initiatives from inception through delivery. Key responsibilities: Orchestrate the execution of corporate strategy and establish frameworks, processes, and operating rhythms for alignment across the organization Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, ownership, timelines, and success measures Evaluate and size new market opportunities and support M&A integration initiatives to inform leadership decision-making Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, management consulting, or related strategic functions Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within a large or global organization Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and translate analysis into action Experience supporting M&A integration and enterprise-scale initiatives Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and make data-informed recommendations
