Strategic BD Leader for Public Sector Defense
SG2 Recruiting
MASS Group, Inc. is seeking a senior Business Development Leader to drive new account growth across public sector defense manufacturing.
Working with the CEO, you will focus on strategic discovery, high-level executive engagements, and expanding MASS Group's footprint with Tier-2 primes and defense contractors. This remote role requires deep manufacturing insight, a hunter mindset, and the ability to coordinate handoffs to capture and proposal teams.
