Territory: Orlando, Florida
Total Compensation for First Year: $80,000–$120,000, based on experience and demonstrated performance
Base salary, uncapped commission, and car allowance

AD Solutions is seeking an accomplished Senior Account Executive to develop and expand our Orlando territory. This position is designed for an experienced B2B sales professional with a proven ability to prospect strategically, engage executive decision-makers, manage complex sales cycles, and close high-value technology solutions.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership of a high-potential territory that includes both existing opportunities and significant new-business potential.

You will work directly with business owners, C-suite executives, IT leaders, operations teams, finance leaders, purchasing departments, and other key stakeholders. Your responsibility will be to understand each organization’s operational and technology challenges and develop customized solutions that produce measurable business value.

This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can independently build a territory, create executive-level relationships, develop a strong pipeline, and consistently deliver revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan for the market
• Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, IT leaders, operations leaders, purchasing teams, and other decision-makers
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, closing, and implementation
• Conduct in-person and virtual discovery meetings, technology assessments, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Analyze customer environments and recommend customized workplace technology, document-management, and SaaS solutions
• Develop persuasive proposals and business cases that clearly communicate financial and operational value
• Navigate complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline that supports monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives
• Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecast information within the company’s CRM
• Expand existing customer relationships through technology refreshes, additional solutions, and account-development strategies
• Collaborate with internal Operations, Solutions, and Service teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
• Negotiate agreements while protecting company profitability and customer value
