Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial consultations, identifying patient needs and collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate their input.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver group and individual therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups focusing on integrating healthy coping strategies and providing community resources.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients, facilitating regular case consultations and progress reviews.

• Respond to mental health crises by offering timely crisis intervention services to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Empower clients with knowledge of their conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering a collaborative therapy environment.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential patient records in accordance with legal standards and best practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuous learning, team meetings, and staying current with recent advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in the state of Kansas is mandatory.

• In-depth understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment models, and therapeutic interventions, as well as experience in delivering them effectively.

• Excellent assessment skills with the proven ability to create actionable treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience in both individual and group therapeutic settings with diverse patient backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital documentation practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
