About the Role Dorrit Emerich State Farm is seeking a customer‑focused Multiline Representative who enjoys helping people, building lasting relationships, and providing exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating positive customer experiences, solving problems, and serving as a trusted resource for clients. You will work closely with both new and existing customers, assisting with policy questions, account updates, billing concerns, and coverage reviews. While the position includes identifying opportunities to better protect customers through additional products and services, the primary focus is delivering outstanding service and helping customers feel supported every step of the way.
