About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Finance and Administration to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the President, bringing a builder mindset to the role and leading the financial and operational aspects of the organization. This includes financial planning, analysis, and cash flow management, as well as overseeing the budgeting process and ensuring financial accountability. The Vice President will also be responsible for financial operations, risk and compliance, and will play a key role in the Association's transformation, modernizing technology, and strengthening its financial and operational foundation. Applicants for the Vice President, Finance and Administration position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' financial leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked in a complex, association, or nonprofit environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong operational accounting background, experience in financial and analytical acumen, and a proven track record in governance and organizational stewardship. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a CPA credential being strongly preferred. The role demands a professional with a strategic and operational financial leadership approach, who can effectively partner with the Board and executive team, and who is adept at influencing and communicating with clarity and professionalism.
