Procurement Manager

Riportando al Presidente e coordinando un team di risorse, sarà responsabile della gestione strategica e operativa degli acquisti di beni e servizi a supporto delle attività industriali e corporate del Gruppo, garantendo efficienza dei costi e continuità operativa. Principali responsabilità Definire e implementare la strategia di procurement in coerenza con gli obiettivi aziendali; Gestire e sviluppare il parco fornitori, inclusa qualifica, valutazione e monitoraggio delle performance; Gestire il processo di acquisto dall’analisi fabbisogni alla successiva negoziazione e contrattualizzazione; Supervisionare l’acquisto di materiali, attrezzature, servizi tecnici e industriali necessari alle attività del Gruppo; Monitorare budget, costi, marginalità e KPI di procurement. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria o formazione tecnica equivalente; Comprovata esperienza in area Acquisti, maturata preferibilmente nel settore Oil & Gas (General Contractor provider di forniture elettro-meccaniche o di servizi per il mondo Energy); Ottima conoscenza della contrattualistica relativa a contratti di fornitura e servizi tecnici; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Capacità negoziale e comunicativa, orientamento al problem‑solving, capacità di relazionarsi con interlocutori diversi, gestione delle priorità e visione strategica del business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
