Outside Sales Representative – Greater Columbus STRONG BASE SALARY + Commission | Field-Based Opportunity I'm partnered with a growing national provider of title insurance and real estate transaction solutions. They are looking to hire a Sales Representative to build and grow the Greater Columbus territory. This is a true field-based B2B sales opportunity with significant potential to develop new business and expand existing relationships! What You'll Do: Develop new relationships with independent title agencies and agency owners throughout Greater Boston Manage, grow, and expand existing agency relationships Prospect for new business and build a healthy territory pipeline Manage longer, consultative sales cycles from initial prospecting through account development Attend customer meetings, networking events, and industry events Maintain consistent CRM activity, follow-up, and territory management What We're Looking For 3+ years of successful B2B, outside sales, territory sales, business development, or consultative sales experience Proven track record of achieving sales goals or quota Strong prospecting and new business development skills Experience selling to business owners and decision-makers Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable independently managing a territory Patient, persistent, and comfortable navigating longer sales cycles Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Boston territory Industry experience in title insurance, escrow, mortgage, real estate, banking/financial services, surveying, or another relationship-driven B2B environment is a plus, but not required.
