What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, coach, and develop engineering professionals and technical leads. What We're Looking For 8+ years of experience in technology, engineering, supply chain systems, or enterprise operations environments. 3+ years of people leadership and team management experience. Experience supporting supply chain technologies, warehouse systems, automation, integrations, APIs, data platforms, or enterprise applications. Strong background in solution architecture, systems design, modernization, and technical leadership. Understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, DevOps practices, enterprise integrations, and modern engineering methodologies. Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams. Passion for innovation, AI enablement, operational excellence, and team development.
