This is a senior, hands-on HR role for a professional who has already operated at the Senior HRBP or HR Manager level inside a lean, high-growth technology company. You will partner directly with business leaders while also personally owning meaningful pieces of our international HR footprint and total rewards program. This is a build-and-execute seat, not a large-company specialist role you should expect to roll up your sleeves alongside strategic work.

We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to assigned business leaders while also driving compensation and international HR programs as we scale. This role works closely with our company's leaders, the Chief Legal Officer & the VP of HR, along with partnering day-to-day with a peer group of experienced HR Business Partners.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional who has spent their career inside PE-backed or venture-backed, high-growth technology companies in the 100700 employee range organizations where HR wears many hats and builds programs from the ground up. LeadsOnline doesn't operate with standalone centers of excellence for compensation, international, or HRBP functions every member of our HR team is expected to own and execute this work directly. We need someone who has personally done this work, not directed a specialist team through it.

Business Partnership & Coaching:

• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to designated leaders and teams, providing hands-on coaching on performance, organizational, and talent matters.
• Guide managers through the full employee lifecycle hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, resolving issues with sound judgment and discretion.
• Serve as the point person for new hire onboarding, partnering with managers to deliver a well-organized first week, complete with milestone check-ins to ensure the new employees are set up for success.

Total Rewards & Compensation:

• Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of job architecture, leveling, and compensation structures.
• Support compensation benchmarking, merit cycles, and incentive plan design in partnership with Finance and HR leadership.
• Help build scalable, equitable pay practices as the company grows from offer approvals through annual comp planning.

International HR:

• Support HR operations, compliance, and employee relations for LeadsOnline's international employees and entities, including Canada and other global locations.
• Partner with Legal and Finance on international employment matters, statutory requirements, and cross-border people programs.
• Help standardize policies and practices across jurisdictions while respecting local requirements.

AI-Enabled HR Operations:

• Actively use AI tools to streamline HR workflows from drafting communications and job descriptions to analyzing people data and preparing reports.
• Identify opportunities to bring AI-driven efficiency into recurring HR processes (e.g., onboarding, policy Q&A, compensation modeling).
• Champion smart, practical adoption of AI within the HR team and the broader organization.

Culture & Team:

• Champion and operationalize a culture grounded in servant leadership, ownership, and long-term value creation.
• Contribute as a hands-on member of a small, fast-moving HR team, pitching in wherever needed, regardless of title.

Who You Are (Your Qualifications):

Experience & Education:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including meaningful time operating at the Senior HRBP or HR Manager level.
• Required: experience at high-growth companies, where you personally owned compensation, international, and HRBP work rather than routing it to separate centers of excellence that's how our HR team operates.
• Strongly preferred: experience at a PE-backed or venture-backed, high-growth technology company with approximately 300500 employees.
• Strongly preferred: hands-on experience supporting international HR (e.g., Canada, EU, LATAM, or other global employee populations).
• Strongly preferred: hands-on experience with compensation / total rewards (job architecture, market pricing, incentive design).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR a plus.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Demonstrated, active use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, HR technology AI features) to increase personal and team efficiency this is an expectation of the role, not a bonus skill.
• Comfortable operating without large support infrastructure and comfortable building processes rather than inheriting them.
• Strong judgment and discretion in employee relations and confidential matters.
• Excellent communicator who can flex between strategic conversations with leaders and detailed, hands-on execution.
• Track record of thriving in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.

Travel Requirements:

The role is based in our Plano, Texas office and is a hybrid position (details discussed during interviews). Role may involve occasional travel to other company offices, including Montreal, for in-person collaboration.
