Job Description
TITLE: Registered Nurse - Procedural Care

SCHEDULE: 12H Rotating (Day/Evening)

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Contract Length: 16 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- Recent experience in a trauma 1, large (500+ beds), teaching facility
- Adult and pediatric experience is required
- IV experience preferred
- PALS, ACLS, BLS certifications required
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years is required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and recover patients in procedural areas such as Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology.
- Provide nursing care during pre-operative and post-anesthesia stages, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Educate patients and families about procedures and post-operative care instructions.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES:
- Must have reliable transportation; personal vehicle or rental is strongly recommended.
- All vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during specified months.
- Some on-call duty required.
- This facility requires a complete work history for submission.
