ED Volume: 32,000

• Staffing Model: Physician and APP coverage
  • 12-hour Physician shifts
  • 8-12 hour APP shifts
• EMR: Epic
• 15-20% pediatric patients
• Full-service lab, digital x-ray, CT scan and ultrasound
• Direct medical/surgical admissions to Southside Medical Center
• Located 15 miles south of Richmond, VA, this location provides provides 24-hour emergency care
• Offers a full-service lab, digital x-ray, CT scan, and ultrasound; has a complete range of emergency diagnostic services.
• Transports critical patients to Southside Regional Medical Center
• This freestanding ER is an extension of Southside Regional Medical Center, located in Petersburg, VA, which is a 300-bed acute-care hospital serving a population of more than 200K; the medical center offers the latest technology in all major specialties and a center for both learning and practicing innovative medicine, with three professional schools on campus and seven satellite outpatient centers

Located in the welcoming community of Colonial Heights, Virginia, the Colonial Heights Emergency Care Center provides efficient, high-quality emergency care in a streamlined, patient-first setting. Conveniently positioned near Interstate 95 and just minutes from Richmond, Virginia, it offers an easy commute for clinicians across the region. The freestanding ED is designed for rapid evaluation and treatment, with strong support from the main hospital system when higher-level care is needed. Colonial Heights offers a safe, accessible community with nearby shopping, dining, and suburban amenities that make it an easy place to work and live.

Compensation

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 pay range of $200/hour to $225/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.
