Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specialized in ER/ED for an exciting travel assignment in Hopewell, VA. The role involves working within a well-equipped emergency department with a strong, supportive team environment. This position is ideal for a professional with robust IV skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Administer IVs and perform EKGs and other essential ER skills
• Assist with cardioversions and central line placements
• Provide care during cardiac arrests and participate in Code Stroke and Code Sepsis protocols
• Set up and assist with suture/abscess procedures
• Conduct pacemaker interrogation and work within a multi-disciplinary team environment

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS & CPI certifications
• Strong IV skills and exceptional communication abilities
• Experience with Phillips & GE Monitors, Level 1 Rapid Infuser, and Meditech EMR preferred
• Prior trauma and TNCC experience advantageous
