Desktop Support Specialist: Windows & iOS, Incident Mgmt

Alpha Net is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst based in Lynn, MA. In this role, you will manage desktop operating systems, coordinate with various teams to resolve incidents, and install business applications. The candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills for desktops and laptops. You should possess over 3 years of hands-on experience with Windows 7/10 and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
