About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Financial Services Representative to join a growing Trade Desk team supporting clients with account servicing, trading activities, and money movement requests. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging their financial services knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the service team, you will assist clients and financial professionals with trading transactions, account inquiries, and various investment-related requests. This is a highly visible position that combines customer support, financial operations, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from clients and financial professionals regarding investment accounts and trading activity.
• Assist with trade execution, mutual fund transactions, and money movement requests.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations.
• Research and resolve account-related questions and service issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and field representatives to support client needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions.
• Participate in special projects and team initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 License
• Active FINRA Series 63 or Series 66 License
• Customer service experience in a financial services environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a client-focused, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Call center experience
• Trade desk or brokerage operations experience
• Experience supporting investment accounts, trading, or money movement requests
• Background in financial services, wealth management, banking, or investment operations

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule:
  • Monday & Friday: Remote
  • Tuesday-Thursday: On-site in Fort Worth, TX
• Operating hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Flexible start times available
• 9-hour shift with 1-hour lunch

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $58,000 - $63,000 annually

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $63000.00/yr.

This is a hybrid position in Fort Worth,TX.
