We build market integrity and compliance technology for traditional finance, digital assets, and prediction markets, onchain and offchain, used by financial institutions and regulators across the globe. We're a small team doing work that matters, and we move fast. The role We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own Solidus's narrative across four converging domains: capital markets, digital assets, compliance technology, and agentic AI - markets where the categories are still being drawn and buyer mental models are still forming, from prediction markets and institutions navigating digital assets to crypto exchanges and stablecoin issuers. We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure - someone who can ship a client-ready one-pager on a tight turnaround as confidently as they lead a positioning workshop. In short, we care as much about the output as the thinking behind it. This is a hybrid role based in NYC. What you'll own Sales Enablement & Collateral Creation: Pitch decks, solution briefs, battle cards, objection guides, case studies, demo scripts Product Launch Execution: Lead GTM end to end, personally building customer-facing assets and internal training materials Sales Training: Host recurring enablement sessions so reps can confidently articulate value and handle technical objections Messaging & Positioning Architecture: Translate detection models, abuse typologies, and agentic AI features into narratives that land with Compliance Officers and Regulators Competitive Intelligence: Maintain sharp, real-time competitor intel, turned into actionable cheat sheets for reps in active deals What we're looking for 5+ years of B2B product marketing in capital markets, fintech, or financial SaaS, with a clear read on what C-level buyers care about A proven builder and writer - a portfolio of self-authored, client-facing materials that prove your collateral gets used, not just created Range across formats and audiences - executive briefs, visual decks, training sessions, engineers, and chief compliance officers alike Domain fluency - you quickly digest surveillance methodologies, abuse typologies, or AI agents and translate them into business value Strong cross-functional instincts - you work across Product, Sales, and CS, influence without authority, and push back when needed Sales alignment - you treat Sales as your primary customer and measure success by adoption, win rates, and trust A "doer" mindset - self-driven, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity Benefits The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, and location.
