Direct Support Associate

In this role, you’ll work alongside adults with diverse abilities and needs, supporting them as they engage in meaningful, integrative activities that promote independence. You’ll gain hands-on experience by assisting individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community-based activities. Your responsibilities will vary from providing supervision to offering hand-over-hand assistance, ensuring each person receives the support they need to succeed. If you have experience as a Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, or Support Counselor, or you’re eager to begin a rewarding career in Human Services, this role is for you! Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance High School Diploma or GED Compensation: $23/hr Schedule: Monday: 6:45AM-12:45 PM Tuesday: 8:30a-2:30p Wednesday: 6:45AM-12:45 PM Thursday: 8:30a-2:30p Friday: 6:45AM-12:45 PM Your growth matters to us! Advance your career through our DSP Career Progression Pathway and earn up to an extra $1.50/hour by completing all three levels. Hours: This is a full-time, 30 hour/week role in our Day Program. Looking for more hours? We can offer up to 10 additional hours in a residential home for those looking for a full 40-hour schedule. What’s in it for you?
