As an Expeditor at NISHAAN, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen and service teams work seamlessly together. Your responsibilities will include: - Reading and managing tickets to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. - Coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain a smooth workflow. - Ensuring that dishes are properly plated and ready for service. - Communicating effectively with team members to address any issues or delays. - Supporting the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings energy, focus, and a commitment to excellence. To be successful in this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the food service industry. - The ability to read and manage tickets with precision and efficiency. - Strong organizational and communication skills to keep everything running like clockwork. - Spanish-speaking skills (preferred) to enhance communication with our diverse team. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
