Job Description
We are seeking an experienced cook with strong plating and presentation skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food quality, consistency and creating visually appealing dishes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Experience with Jamaican cuisine a plus but not required.
Prepare and cook menu items.
Plate dishes.
Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness.
Follow food safety and health regulations.
Assist with food preparation, inventory management and stock rotation.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Monitor food quality and report issues to management.
Compensation based on experience
