Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team. This position supports the day-to-day accounting operations and is ideal for someone with bookkeeping or accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Enter invoices and maintain accurate accounting records
- Reconcile bank statement, billing and provide support to the Accounting Department.
- Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments
- Perform general administrative and accounting support as needed
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- AP Experience Preferred
- JE, Bank Reconciliaations, GL, Financial statements experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Hours: Monday - Friday, from 10 am - 2 pm.
