A Day in the Life Join us as an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk and become an integral part of the financial backbone of Monster Energy Company. Dive into the dynamic world of global finance, where you'll resolve discrepancies with precision, collaborate with diverse internal departments, and engage with vendors worldwide. Your role is pivotal in ensuring timely payments and maintaining seamless operations. The Impact You'll Make Oversee and handle all associated details of assigned vendor accounts. Reconcile statements utilizing Excel skills Understand requirements for international, overseas shipments, and business practices Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices, or receiving signatures; obtains proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments. Validate vendor, verify all addresses, Country and/or Federal ID numbers of vendors if available Responsible for general ledger coding invoices, receipt of goods/receipt of invoice, month end closing procedures, open/stamp mail, escheatment Calculates, posts business transactions, processes invoices, verifies financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provides other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization. Who You Are Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Finance or related field of study Additional Experience Desired: Between 3?5 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting experience Additional Experience Desired: Between 1?3 years of experience in SAP Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables) Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Bilingual is preferred Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
