Executive Pastor

Purpose Statement: To lead people to experience the life Jesus gives by leading the church’s operations, staff development and finances. Reports To: Lead Pastor Responsibilities: Ensures the operations of the church are running smoothly Develops and improves church systems, including investigating new best church practices as the church grows Develops metrics, dashboards and evaluations to measure ministry effectiveness Oversees church staff development and hiring Works closely with the lead pastor to develop and communicate the church’s vision (short-term goals) Takes responsibility for crisis management and communication Helps staff to facilitate leadership development of volunteers Oversees new construction on the church property and maintenance of current facilities Works closely with the business manager to develop budgets and monitor the church’s financial health Develop elder council agendas and retreats Oversee the church’s local and foreign missions efforts in conjunction with lay ministry teams Performs all other duties as assigned by the lead pastor Work Schedule: Regular Office Hours, Monday-Thursday and Sundays 40 hours/week #J-18808-Ljbffr
