12-Hour Rotating Shifts:

7:00 AM 7:00 PM

7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $23+/hr Location: Souderton, PA

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery and production equipment
• Set up machines and adjust settings to meet production specifications
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work closely with production teams to meet daily output goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or extrusion machine operating experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines
• Dependable attendance and stable work history
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
