The role carries a global footprint, with major operations in 12 countries serving customers in more than 100 countries, and an organization of approximately 730 employees. The Business Line Vice President drives growth and profitability of the Hot Tapping and Isolation business line, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is a key contributor to the overall strategic direction of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Develop and implement the business line's long-term strategic plans, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.P&L Management: Manage the business line's financial performance, including revenue, margins, the balance sheet with cash flow and inventory, and expenses on the P&L, with a key focus on meeting or exceeding financial targets.Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the organization's leadership team and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Safety and Quality: Instill a strong safety and quality culture through accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Change Management: Lead change management initiatives that support business growth, expansion, or transformation.Product Development: Lead the development of new products, features, and services, ensuring they align with the company's overall strategy and meet customer needs.Sales: Guide and hold accountable the sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion, to drive revenue growth.
