Business Development Manager
Talent Traction
Talent Traction is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to own new account acquisition and grow existing accounts across the United States. This 80/20 hunter role focuses on prospecting and opening regional and national distributors while protecting the current customer base.
You will manage your pipeline, own your forecast, and work with internal teams to monitor pricing trends, report on performance, and help shape the company’s U.S.
