Account Manager Implants & Digital Solutions (m/f/d) We’re currently looking for a friendly and dedicated Sales Representative (m/f/d) with a passion for acquiring new clients. Your Role Take responsibility for sales in the areas of implants and digital solutions A key focus of the role is new customer acquisition. Achieving the assigned individual sales target Expanding existing business across all product areas (implants, regenerative products, digital products including hardware/software) Actively supporting the digital transformation of clients within the DS product portfolio, in collaboration with Digital Prosthetics specialists Actively collaborate with Orthodontic Aligner Specialists in the region to acquire new customers and drive sales/revenue. An outbound team and a customer-oriented web shop are available to support existing customer business. A collaborative communication style ensures effective teamwork. Expand market share in your assigned territory based on comprehensive territory and customer management. Contribute to achieving the regional team budget. Your Profile You have solid professional experience in sales and new customer acquisition (experience in the dental and healthcare markets is a plus) You have completed vocational training as a dental assistant or dental technician (f/m/d) or have a business administration background You stand out due to your confident and competent demeanor, combined with high self-motivation, perseverance, and a keen sense for customer relations Goal-oriented, creative, and assertive personality Confident and customer-focused demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people You have a results-oriented and independent work style, along with the ability to present complex topics concisely and clearly You empathetically identify complex customer needs and offer suitable solutions Proficiency in MS Office applications Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) as well as good English skills (knowledge of German is a plus) Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory What we offer you 28 vacation days per year (full-time basis) Group health insurance Attractive company pension plan Comprehensive onboarding program Access to LinkedIn Learning Global mentoring and coaching program Comprehensive global employee assistance program Dentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
