We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward full time positions.Position Details:This direct hire role is full time and performs digital services that includes copy/print and scanning work. Hours will range within Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Some overtime may be required which may include occasional weekend support on an as needed basis. Sunday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Off Friday and Saturday)Operating mailing, copy and scanning equipmentMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeShipping & Receiving; Ordering suppliesPick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customersDemonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environmentConsistently adhere to business procedure guidelinesAdhere to all safety proceduresPerform other tasks as assignedQualificationsQualifications:Prior Law Firm experience a plus with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to managementCustomer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferredProfessional appearance and demeanorKeyboarding and windows environment PC skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environmentLifting up to 55 poundsIST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
