About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Spinal Implants to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, leading and managing regional sales teams, and driving revenue growth across the United States. This role requires a proven leader with a minimum of 5 years' medical device sales experience, including at least 3 years in direct sales leadership, and a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. The VP of Sales will be instrumental in establishing market position, building commercial infrastructure, and ensuring the adoption of innovative spinal implant technologies. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a background in spinal implants, spine surgery products, or related orthopedic medical devices, with a deep understanding of cervical and lumbar spine procedures. The role demands a candidate with excellent communication, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to influence commercial strategy. Experience in a high-growth or startup medical technology environment is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adept at recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales professionals, and will be adept at using CRM systems for sales performance management. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and the role requires extensive travel across the United States.
